52 Projects and counting!

Over the past couple of days I have been pottering about over at the career page – uploading brief information about each of Felicity’s 52 projects so far. It’s such an extensive filmography that I need to look at how the page is organised to ensure it retains its readability. The name of every project is clickable and takes you to a more detailed page of information. Eventually each project page will feature video clips and promotional images but for now there’s a short synopsis and release date. I have embedded watchable videos into the ‘shorts’ pages already for your viewing pleasure.

For now, I’ll leave you with this music video by Mark Ronson that Felicity starred in back in 2010, the year the site was originally opened! Enjoy.

Welcome Back!

It’s been 16 years since I first opened this Felicity Jones fan site and Captivating still holds a very special place in my heart. Unfortunately, earlier this year, my trusty .org domain expired and was snapped up by a reseller. That reseller stole an old layout design and the site now sits statically open with their hope that someone will pay thousands for it.

Obviously, I am not in a position to do that so I have reopened the website on the felicity-jones.com domain. Perhaps when the domain squatter realises no-one else will pay that much for the domain either, it will be released again. I live in hope. For now, content will be re-added here slowly and will take on the form of a fan archive collection, rather than a ‘hot off the press’ news hub. The days of fast paced fan sites are over, but the old indie web is seeing a revival, and I rather like the classic days of fan collections and appreciation archives. I don’t imagine I’ll get everything online very quickly, but I’ll be sure to pop little updates here on the main page as I go!
