The first trailer for “Collide” has now been released, and you can watch it in full below.
On behalf of the site and the fans, I would like to wish Felicity Jones a very happy 32nd birthday today. I hope she has a fantastic day with her loved ones, and we all look forward to seeing her projects in the upcoming year.

Eran Creevy’s “Collide” (previously “Autobahn”) is hitting the Open Road. IM Global and Open Road Films today confirmed what had been expected for some time now, with the distributor acquiring the U.S. rights to the Nicholas Hoult-starrer. Open Road chief exec Tom Ortenberg and IM Global founder and chief Stuart Ford announced the film will open in America on April 1 next year.
The film also stars Felicity Jones (“The Theory Of Everything”), Anthony Hopkins and Ben Kingsley. It was financed by IM Global and China’s DMG Entertainment, with additional financing by Sycamore Pictures. Joel Silver produced via his Silver Pictures banner, along with Ben Pugh and Rory Aitken via 42, Brian Kavanaugh-Jones via Automatik, and Action Concept. The feature shot entirely in Germany with support from DFFF, the German Federal Film Fund, and NRW, the North Rhine-Westphalia funding entity.
In the film, previously known as Autobahn, a young American couple Casey (Hoult) and Juliette (Jones) are plunged into an adrenaline-pumping game of cat and mouse across Germany when they find themselves caught between two ruthless feuding criminals (Hopkins and Kingsley).
The film had originally been set for release by Relativity. Those plans were waylaid following that company’s bankruptcy, allowing IM Global to take it back and do the deal with Open Road instead.
Back in 2013, Felicity Jones co-produced a short called “Emily”, which she also starred in alongside Christopher Eccleston. The short is currently available via We Are Colony to purchase and watch, and thanks to help from our dear friend Lindsay at Matthias Schoenaerts Network, we now have screen captures up in the gallery for you to view.
“Emily” puts two English characters within the framework of a stereotypically French film, deconstructing a common sexual fantasy to explore the moment two strangers meet and attempt to fill their loneliness with each others’ need.
The Disney D23 Expo is currently underway, and we have finally been given our first look at the cast of “Star Wars: Rogue One” in their costumes as principal photography has officially begun. “Star Wars: Rogue One” (Anthology films are now to be known as ‘Star Wars stories’) is set before the events of “Star Wars: A New Hope” and centers on a band of rebels set out on a mission to steal the plans for the Death Star. What’s unclear is how noble their intentions are, but moral ambiguity could certainly help darken the “Star Wars” world. ‘Rogue One’ is due in theatres December 16, 2016 and it is currently shooting. You can also now follow the official Twitter account @RogueOne2016.
So far the cast assembled for the first “Star Wars Anthology” film has been an eclectic mix of talent. Felicity Jones has taken the lead role in “Star Wars: Rogue One” while other cast members include Riz Ahmed, Sam Claflin, Diego Luna, Forest Whitaker and maybe Ben Mendelsohn. However, we don’t really know anything about who these actors are playing.
The only tidbit that’s been floating around the internet is that Felicity Jones was the rebel leader of the team assembled to try to steal the Death Star plans in a time period shortly before the beginning of “A New Hope”. Now a new detail about her character has surfaced that is intriguing, but also potentially hard to believe.
Find out more about Felicity Jones in “Star Wars Rogue One” rumor after the jump, but beware of potential spoilers!
The gallery has just been updated with 349 Blu-Ray quality screen captures of Felicity Jones as Jill Finkel from “True Story”, looking at the relationship between disgraced New York Times reporter Michael Finkel and accused killer Christian Longo, who took on on Finkel’s identity. The film is set to be released in cinemas in the UK on July 24, whilst American viewers can get it On Demand.
Ahead of its release in the UK on July 17, Fox Searchlight UK have just released a new clip from “True Story”, this time featuring a scene between Felicity Jones and James Franco. Watch it in full below:
Hello everyone! Thinks are fairly quiet around here at the moment as Felicity is busy working on “Inferno” so I’m busy working behind the scenes and have just added over 140 high-quality photoshoot and portrait images, replacing a lot of the old MQ shots and even adding a few that were missing. Huge thanks to Luciana for the donations. Enjoy!
